The Villa is located in a fairytale location, in total tranquility and with a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills, all just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of our beloved Etruscan Coast...a corner of Paradise.
Villa Dolcevita has a large fenced green park of 2.3 hectares and is ideal for the stay of families or small groups of up to 6 people even with pets in tow who can run freely in the park.
Guests will enjoy maximum quiet, total privacy and relaxation thanks to the private swimming pool with large solarium with umbrellas and sun loungers.
The location is strategic since in a few minutes by car you can reach the beach and all the basic necessities.

Bathroom with shower. 2 separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, double sink, large French window opening onto a covered outdoor terrace and one with 2 joinable single beds. Bathroom with shower.
