Villa Sunbeach was recently built with quality materials in an extraordinary location, right in the countryside that runs along the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast, just 2,5 km from the beaches of Cecina Mare.
The villa is located in a residential area, within a large green park, all fenced with an English lawn and many green plants that guarantee total privacy, bordering on a beautiful Mediterranean scrub.
Inside the park, just in front of the loggia, you will find the brand new private swimming pool (open all season) with solarium and a beautiful gazebo with a large table for eating outdoors and a barbecue, a very nice corner for eating all together even in the evening.

Description
The Villa Sunbeach has all the comforts that a newly built house offers, on two levels: ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor we find: entrance from an external loggia with tables and chairs. Large living area, in two sectors: one part with 2 sofas (including 1 double sofa bed) and TV and the other part with table and chairs for eating. The living area has large windows overlooking the beautiful outdoor garden with lawn. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking: the kitchen has a patio door that opens onto the outside garden. Closet. Full bathroom with shower.
On the first floor which is accessed by internal stairs from the living room, we find: a large double bedroom (here you can have 1 bed more on reuqets) with French window that opens onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden, a bedroom with 2 single beds (or doublebed) and another bedroom with 2 single beds (or doublebed). Utility room with washing machine. Full bathroom with shower.
The villa is furnished in soft colors and has air conditioning and heating. In the garden you will find a room equipped with fitness equipment.

Arrivals: Saturday 4:00-7:00 p.m. Departures: Saturday by 10:00 a.m. (during high season).
During low season: Arrival and Departure Day flexible (on request).
Consumption and Sheets/towels with weekly change: all included.
Final cleaning charge: Euro 350,00.
Extra bed: Euro 200,00/week (by reservation).
Cradle: available on request, for free.
Animals: allowed, on request, Euro 50,00/week.
Air-conditioning/Heating: if necessary, Euro 60,00/day.
